Explore how gender shapes society, culture, history, the economy, and political movements in the United States and around the world. You can concentrate in:

- Chicana/Latina Studies
- Queer, Trans and Sexuality Studies.
Gain the skills needed for work in government and business fields or go on to obtain a professional or graduate degree. Graduates from the program have also pursued careers with nonprofits – directing organizations that address issues such as teen pregnancy and violence against women.

Participate in internship and service learning with a variety of local groups, such as Kore Press, Emerge!, Las Adelitas Arizona, and Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona. You will also be provided with opportunities for activism.
